Height of the snapper run in perth ....70 to 85 cm average pinkies lining up to jump in your yak....

But it’s a long drive from Perth to Exmouth....

Yep done it three times now .about 16 hours if you allow time for lunch ,pit stops and tackle shop visits...
I usually do it over two days.

It would be a fantastic place to fish but it's too far for me at the moment.
For a yakking trip to Exmouth I'd need to take a month off work to get there and back and a long enough time in between to justify the driving.
89.5cm. Snapper, 45cm. Salmon (Bream rod, 6lb line), 80cm. Mulloway, 10kg Southern Bluefin Tuna, 90cm Spotted Mackerel, Black Tip Reef Shark, 40cm Mackerel Tuna (spaghetti bait rod)

Hi guys just a reminder that there is only a few days left to commit to this event .
There are hire hobie kayaks available in Exmouth for the event and there are local guys willing to help the east coast crew get from Perth to Exxy.
I have been told by Damian the organiser apparently about 6 east coast guys are coming over .
Anybody needs anymore local info pm me and i will give you my mobile number
