Wow Dennis put another kayak manufacturers product on your boat ( the hobie hatch ) that's impressive , the man really will do anything to make sure the customer is happy . Lovely boat to , I see you around palmy now and again usually hooked up in front of me ya bugger ;)

I offered up a hobie hatch to mine but it looked too big? Looked like it would hang over the edge of the raised area.

I haven't done the modification but I believe you have to cut away part of the original opening when you remove the stealth hatch to fit the hobie hatch

Just a little bit needs to be removed. Makes it heaps easier to use while on the water.

Just make sure you have it so it hinges to the side not to the back, I've seen a few pop open in the surf and people loose the contents of their day hatch from this.
